We have set out to distinguish ourselves through the selection of our people, the client-focused training of our highly-skilled caregivers and the value-based leadership practices of our management.

Telephony

At Colonial Home Care we use a state of the art Telephony System. This electronic visit verification, ties into our scheduling and billing program. It protects our clients by making sure they are never billed for a service they didn’t receive.
We implemented Telephony 2002, and the state will require ALL In-Home Care agencies to have this by 2015.
Just another way Colonial Home Care is leading the way seniors are cared for in their home!
